So i will try to drink it before Supper =X

Went to read up about their main products in the pack
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Alpha lipoic acid is an antioxidant produced by the human body. Antioxidants operate by fighting free radicals, waste products that are made when the body transforms food into energy. Free radicals cause cell damaging chemical reactions to the body, which makes it more difficult for the body to fight off infection and leaves the body more prone to liver damage and diabetes. Alpha lipoic acid is capable of preventing cell damage, eliminating hazardous substances from the body and assisting with growth.

Amino Acid
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and are utilized by every cell in the body for a variety of crucial functions. Normally we obtain amino acids from our food sources, particularly those high in protein; the body breaks these proteins down into their constituent parts and our cells use these to build the specific types of protein each of them needs.

Amino acids are critical to our body's proper functioning. Their role includes repairing muscles, organs, nails, hair, skin, ligaments, and glands. A deficiency in even one of them will severely compromise one's health. Deficient people, however, are not the only ones who choose to supplement with amino acids; some people opt to increase their intake simply for therapeutic benefits.

L-Carnitine as L Tartrate

L-carnitine is a substance that the human kidneys and liver produce. Its function is to help the body use fat stores as energy, and it also helps transport toxic substances out of those organs. Most people make enough L-carnitine and don't need a supplement, but in some cases, a person's body isn't producing enough. Symptoms of a deficiency include fatigue, weakness and confusion. It is an essential nutrient, so persons deficient in L-carnitine often take a supplement or try to get it from the foods they eat. In addition to helping those who are deficient, L- carnitine supplements can also provide other benefits.

Royal Jelly ExtractRoyal Jelly is the milky-white gelatino us substance secreted from the
cephalic glands of the worker bees for the growth and of the queen bee.
Without royal jelly,
the queen bee would be no different from the worker bees including its life span.
Thus, some retails claim the health benefits of royal jelly on fertility.
Chemically, royal jelly is a water-based emulsion of proteins, sugars,
lipids and some other ingredients.
Some components of
royal jelly have been found to against certain types of bacteria.
While the sugar composition of royal jelly is very similar to those found in honey- fructose and glucose.

Background
(Extracted from Mayo Clinic)
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is produced by the human body and is necessary for the basic functioning of cells. CoQ10 levels are reported to decrease with age and to be low in patients with some chronic diseases such as heart conditions, muscular dystrophies, Parkinson's disease, cancer, diabetes, and HIV/AIDS. Some prescription drugs may also lower CoQ10 levels.

Define
According to the University of Maryland's Medical Center, Coenzyme Q10 is found in the center of a cell located in our body: the mitochondria cell. Q10, one of the natural components of the mitochondria cell, plays a role in the formation of an important molecule called adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is responsible for several processes that occur in the body (like protein production and muscle contraction). In addition, Q10 also serves another role, and one that benefits the skin; it is an antioxidant.

CoQ10 Health Benefits
Supplementing CoQ10 has many health benefits. Co Enzyme Q10 is not only an antioidant, it can also help with a number of diseases such as diabetes, gingivitis, congestive heart failure, and more.  take a look at some of the CoEnzyme Q10 benefits:
- Co Q10 can help weight loss because it helps stimulate the body's metabolism
- Co Q10 is an essential substance in cell respiration electron transfer, ATP production, and the control of cardiovascular illnesses, including congestive heart failure.
- CoQ10 has show promising results in treatment of cancer and parkinson's disease, and Co Q10 has show to slow the effects of parkinson's disease.
