Itacho Sushi @ Jcube

Itacho Sushi
I personally feel its one of the best Japanese restaurant around west side
Serving uber fresh sashimi.

I'm a sashimi fan!!! =)

The irritating thing is that you have to feel their colored papers.

2 X Fatty Salmon Sashimi ($10.20), 2 X Japanese Flounder Sashimi ($16.20), 
1 X Fatty Yellow Tail Sashimi ($7.20), 1 X Striped Jack Sashimi ($11.40), 
1 X Blue Fin Fatty Tuna Sashimi ($22.50)

Fatty Sashimi just simply MELTS in your mouth...
Just thinking of it makes me Drool...... MMMmmmmm

TOP: Salmon Roe Steam Egg ($4.50)
Bottom: Crab Steam Egg ($4.20)

I did not try this.My friend tried and said that there is this very fishy taste.
the Waitress asked us to try at the end whole plate is there when we left.
Top Salmon Belly ($4.50)
Beef with Enoki Mushroom Roll ($6)
Surprisingly Sweet!!!

Had more than what I took here
This is the bill for 2 pax.  It shouldn't be so expensive actually. 
Reason for the high cost is that we ordered a lot of special sashimi flown in from Japan direct
Or else I think on average will be not more than $30/pax?
Slightly higher end than Sushi Tei. But definitely worth it!
